2025 FALL MINI SESSIONS

Back by popular demand! I am excited to offer four mini session dates this fall - right before I go on maternity leave!

Mini Sessions are a great opportunity to get updated family pictures at a reduced cost than a full session. They are perfect for holiday cards, couple portraits, maternity portraits, or just updated photos of the kids! Mini Sessions are shorter than a standard photo session and great for small kids or reluctant husbands.

Cost: $215 - Due to the nature of mini sessions, the full session cost is due to reserve your spot. However, if you need to cancel for any reason, you may use the balance toward a future full session.

Photos: Minimum of the best 20 high-res, fully edited, digital images with print release delivered within 2 weeks via online gallery.

Time: Sessions are 20 minutes

What to expect: Mini sessions are quick, fun, and to the point. While we primarily stick to the same physical spot, expect a variety of poses, groupings, and prompts to give you pictures of everyone smiling at the camera, as well as fun "candid" style photos.

GUAJOME ADOBE - OCEANSIDE

One of my favorite locations of all time due it being secluded and having great lighting for mini sessions! There is also a large amount of space, making this an excellent choice for larger families.

OAK RIPARIAN PARK - OCEANSIDE

Beautiful park that offers a large grass field with beautiful trees, rustic wood fence, and nice lighting throughout the evening. Parking lot is limited, but street parking across street is an easy walk. Very dog friendly as well if you wanted to include your fur friends.

CALAVARA HILLS - CARLSBAD

This trail location is a great photo session location as it is easy to access and offers many backdrop options all within a close distance. It showcases green paths, large native plants, and lends itself better to small to medium size families.

SOUTH PONTO BEACH - CARLSBAD

I rarely offer mini sessions at the beach but this year I am inspired to share this as an option! Due to the nature of lighting at the beach, these spots will be very limited to give you the best opportunity for glowy photos. The beach offers a beautiful sandy path with a lifeguard tower in the background, open sand, and a rocky jetty. Keep in mind - beaches, which beautiful, can also be a little more unpredictable with lighting, tide, fog, wind, crowds, etc.
