Rachel and Troy’s day was classically romantic, and San Diego’s cloudless sky played its part perfectly for this summer wedding from start to finish.

Their ceremony held at the impeccable Grand Immaculata Parish at the University of San Diego; its grand decor was timelessly beautiful. Their couple shots were filmed at the nearby Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park, which provided scenic backdrops and romantic walkways for our newlyweds. Their reception was held at Balboa Park’s Tea Pavilion, near the Japanese Friendship Garden, the perfect space for an open air dinner and dancing. Trees and market lights created a warm ambiance that lasted through the night!

One of our favorite moments to film was the cake cutting, with the cake toppers being two bride and groom molars. (Our newlyweds are dentists!) We love being able to save these kinds of precious moments for a lifetime.

The day went by seamlessly, and we really loved being able to work with this wonderful couple.

This venue included numerous picturesque locations, incredible views of the vineyard and distant mountains, and a spacious and beautiful ballroom. Everything was perfect for our bride and groom, Jessica and David, on their romantic spring wedding day. From the sparkling crystals at the altar to the cloudless San Diego weather, we had plenty of beauty to work with. The ceremony was held at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club in Rancho Bernardo, which hosted a multitude of wonderful “hidden gem” locations that served as picturesque backdrops for our newlyweds.

The reception was held in an elegant and spacious ballroom, on-site, which provided lots of natural light and scenic views. Extraordinary Desserts provided a unique array of exquisite cakes, and DJ Pat brought the ideal energy to the dance floor. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple, and it made out beautiful wedding video.
