Claudia and Ryan’s day was classically elegant and romantic. Their ceremony was held in the historic parish at Mission San Diego de Alcalá. The architecture of this unique building was incredible to shoot, build in 1769 as California’s first Mission Church. The ambiance it created was something uniquely rich with both history and beauty.
The reception in a wonderfully spacious ballroom at the Paradise Point Resort & Spa. This venue was fantastic for its many picturesque locations amongst its many gardens, ponds and docks in the harbor. The weather played its part perfectly dawn to dusk. There was a light breeze off the harbor that every so gently lifted our bride’s veil beautifully in one of our favorite shots (see 2:34).
Filming this day for our bride was groom was an absolute pleasure, and we loved being able to help make these memories last a lifetime.
Words from the Groom:
“We just watched it, unbelievable, thank you so much! I know it was a long day; You guys rocked it!”
